Meet the Directors
Robbie and Will grew up just down the road from each other in New Zealand, beginning their plumbing careers only a few towns apart. After gaining international and local experience, both were drawn to Melbourne’s thriving architectural building scene. With a shared passion for precision, technical detail, and craftsmanship, they teamed up to create Scotland Marshall Plumbing — a company designed to give builders and architects a single, trusted partner for everything from drainage to roofing and cladding.
Robbie Marshall
Robbie began his plumbing career in New Zealand, completing his apprenticeship before spending two years in London on high-end commercial projects. After moving to Melbourne, he developed a passion for the detail and technical skill required in architectural builds. Today, he brings that experience to Scotland Marshall Plumbing, focusing on plumbing solutions that meet the highest design and compliance standards.
Will Scotland
Will completed his plumbing apprenticeship in New Zealand before moving to Melbourne, where he has spent over a decade specialising in high-end residential and commercial projects. Known for his expertise in all aspects of plumbing & roofing. Today, he has built a reputation for meticulous craftsmanship and an uncompromising eye for detail when it comes to roofing and cladding.
