Scotland Marshall Plumbing was engaged to complete the roofing and cladding package for this renovation and architectural extension to an existing home in Oakleigh.

Connecting the original home to the new extension was a Monument Klip-Lok roof with a box gutter, requiring careful detailing and custom transition flashings where the existing and new sections of the home came together.

The new barn-style extension was finished in Monument Snaplock cladding, creating a strong architectural feature across the addition. A new skylight was also incorporated directly into the cladding, with custom detailing around the opening to achieve a clean and seamless finish.

The combination of Klip-Lok roofing, Snaplock cladding and detailed transition work between the old and new resulted in a beautifully finished extension and a great example of our architectural roofing and cladding capabilities.
