Scotland Marshall Plumbing was engaged to complete the renewal of the below-ground stormwater drainage system across the front of Melbourne High School as part of a major landscaping upgrade.

Our works included the removal and replacement of existing stormwater drainage, installation of new stormwater pits and agricultural drainage, and reconnection of the existing building downpipes into the new system. The works involved extensive excavation and concrete cutting throughout the existing grounds before coordinating the new drainage around the landscaping works.

Our team also installed new water supplies for irrigation valves and control boxes, along with minor alterations to existing underground services to accommodate the new landscape design.

With the works taking place across an operational school site, careful planning and coordination with the builder and other trades was required to complete the underground infrastructure ready for the new landscaping and final reinstatement.
