Scotland Marshall Plumbing was engaged to complete the full plumbing and roofing package for this high-end architectural home in Ashburton, with our team involved from the below-ground drainage through to the final plumbing and roofing works.

The plumbing package included below-ground sanitary and stormwater drainage, boundary trap renewal, stormwater pits and all internal plumbing services. The home featured four bathrooms, a main kitchen, butler’s pantry and laundry, with hot water supplied by a Stiebel Eltron heat pump system. Gas services were also installed for the pool and additional gas heating.

Our roofing team completed the Surfmist Klip-Lok roof, incorporating nine skylights across the home along with custom box gutters, Dam Buster rainheads and external downpipes.

With SMP delivering both the plumbing and roofing packages, our teams were able to coordinate the hydraulic and roof drainage services throughout the build, providing the builder with a single contractor across both trades.
