Scotland Marshall Plumbing was engaged to complete the internal plumbing and sanitary drainage package for this large new home in Hawthorn East.

The property featured four bathrooms with bidet-style toilets, a main kitchen with steam oven and fridge water, butler’s pantry with gas cooktop, chef’s kitchen with an indoor BBQ area, and laundry. Our team completed the internal sanitary drainage and plumbing services throughout the home, including all associated drainage stacks.

The hot water system consisted of a Demand Duo system with solar boosting, connected to a hot water ring main servicing the property to provide efficient hot water delivery across the multiple wet areas.

Our works also included the complete gas service supplying two internal fireplaces, gas cooktop, outdoor BBQ and hot water system, along with the gas and water provisions for the hydronic heating system.

With multiple kitchens, bathrooms and mechanical services throughout the home, careful coordination was required to integrate the plumbing, drainage, hot water and gas services from rough-in through to final fit-off.
