Scotland Marshall Plumbing was engaged to complete the roofing package for this renovation and extension in Middle Park, combining several different roofing profiles and finishes across the existing home and new addition.

Above the existing slate roof area a newly installed flat roof was installed in Monument Klip-Lok roofing, incorporating two new skylights, while the extension was finished in Surfmist Klip-Lok with custom curved cappings, designed to follow the unique flowing lines of the extension. A further skylight was also incorporated into the new extension roof.

Our works also included new eaves gutters throughout the property and a new corrugated iron bullnose roof to the front of the home and existing verandah.

The combination of traditional bullnose roofing at the front and contemporary Klip-Lok roofing to the extension created a great balance between the original character of the Middle Park home and the modern architectural addition.
